Mr. Crawford came out to inspect the system, found that the rain sensor was not functioning. He replaced the sensor free of charge and charged me nothing for the service call since he had just installed the system in June and it was not working. Very timely, responsive and honest.

The owner, Mike Crawford came out to my home as scheduled and provided me with an overall estimate as well as a breakdown of all costs. He drew out a diagram of where the irrigation lines would be laid, how many sprinkler heads would be required, and discussed the type and location of the irrigation control box. He walked me through where/how to submit the application for JEA to come out and install the irrigation meter. Once the meter was installed by JEA, I contacted Mr. Crawford who came back out with his workers and installed the irrigation system. They were prompt, cleaned up the property once the irrigation system was installed, and did a thorough system check prior to leaving the property. Everything Mr. Crawford said he would do, he did.
I would definitely use his company again and recommend them to anyone considering installing an irrigation system.
