CRAIG SPERANZI INNOVATIONS

My experience with Craig was absolutely horrible. He failed to complete the project on time, even telling me it would be complete the next day when clearly 3 other subcontractors still had to come out to complete the job. Although I instructed him to have absolutely no workers at my house one day because my girls were home alone, someone went to the house and was there working. Another worker came at 5 p.m. when I had to pick up my children. I told him he could not go in and he walked around me and ran upstairs. In addition to the extreme lack of professionalism, Craig did not build the bathroom to specs -- things like leaving out the shower shelf and laying tile on the wall such that an entire new mirror had to be bought even though Craig told me he would save the mirror. He also told me he would have the project done the next day and that the house would be cleaned after, and I returned to my home to find the ceiling not done, the shower unworkable and no mirror on the wall, never mind the shower not built as was specified in the contract. I understand projects get delayed, but with communication you work through them. Instead of communicating and taking responsibility, I left the hotel and went back home expecting a clean complete project based on a text from Craig that the project would be done, only to find a disaster in my home. As I tried to rectify the next week, it was continued problems with workers showing up as described above. A month later, I still have a wall with no mirror, dust all over and a shower that doesn't work.
