Property Appraisal
On these re-certs they dragged their feet causing delays in final closing. Had to really stay on top of them to get work performed that had been prepaid in cash. They would not start until paid and they do not accept credit cards! Our mortgage broker got so frustrated with them, she had to turn negotiations over to us. Oh they will smile and be friendly, but their service in time of need (in spite of paying exorbitant additional fees) really sucks!
