Don’t think about it, call them if you need service! First time customer today. Mr. Dan Cox is the bomb. He showed up sooner than expected and within minutes had figured out the issue and fixed the problem! He’s the best. Great service knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I recommend ?!

It was great. They were professional and stayed super late to ensure that we had air even though Lowe’s had told us it would be a two day job. They came back and took the old AC out of the attic as promised. I would recommend them 10 times over

When I spoke to the rep on the phone, they read the 23 point checklist and said if there were other problems that needed to be addressed they would inform us at that time. Several days later the technician came as agreed upon. We just purchased this property and we wanted the HVAC to be checked. In between the time the appointment was made and the technician came my husband noticed water on the garage floor around the unit. My husband mentioned it to the tech and he looked at us like we were from another planet. He then recited the 23 points that he would cover and that this was a maintenance problem. He spent about 2 mins looking at the unit and told us he was cancelling the appointment. He said we should ask for a refund. We did so and the office told us to get the refund through Angie's List. I would not use this company again because it did not make any sense to me why they could not perform their 23 point inspection and then tell me what needed to be fixed.

The technician arrive as scheduled, he was very professional and explained what he was doing and discussed his findings. I would highly recommend Cool Connections and will contact them if I have any issues in the future.

He cleaned the unit outside and inside, but will have to come back for the A/C when it is in use to check thermostat and functioning.

"Cool Connections has never done any work for this customer in the amount of 12,000 dollars. As a matter of fact we have not seen this customer since 2010 at which time his bill was $300.00 and at that time he did not completely pay his bill."

I would not call them back. He was checking out the air and furnace and he said it needed Freon. I won't say it didn't need any, but what he charged me for, I don't think he put that much in it. He lied and I feel like I was cheated out of money. After he did that, I had to get someone else over here to look at it and to check the Freon in there and stuff and it didn't last anytime. For him, to have put 30 lbs. in there, what he was telling me he was putting, it should have lasted. I did not have the $300 and something else. He didn't tell me what the price was going to be before he added it. So they did let me pay so much and then pay the rest later. They came out when I called them. He should have discussed the price and all that with me before he put it in there.

We saw you in 2014 and have since addressed this issue with our technicians. The price of Freon is like liquid gold. We do weigh in the amount of Freon used so I am sure you got what you paid for or the technician's Freon log would have been off. You were found to have a leak in your coil."

He was very knowledgeble and understanding. Explained things as he was doing them so knew what was wrong. Although, as i feared, nothing could be done but replace my a/c, he confirmed it for me. Now i know what needs to be done without question.

"a service call fee is always collected upon the first visit to a home, and on a return visit for a repair, a service call fee is not collected again. We carry many parts on our service vans, but it is not at all possible to carry all parts, making a return visit needed. Parts houses are not open on the weekend either. I think there was a definite misunderstanding between our technician and this customer. Also on the weekends we get to customers as quickly as we can although the customer may not find this to be quick enough. We pride ourselves on our service and customer satisfaction, and we regret that we were not able to satisfy this customer. We followed up with this customer and we were told that she would have another company repair her unit that was less expensive and on top of that--she refused to pay her service call fee."
