Ron came out to assess the job & provide an estimate. Once we decided to go through with the project Ron & his assistant arrived on time & did great job. Both were very cordial & professional. The job was completed the same day. I would highly recommend for your flooring project.

I cannot say enough good things about Ron as well as the guy who did all of this work: Brian. Brian was an absolute powerhouse and knocked this out himself in 7 days. Very high attention to detail, smart, reliable, absolutely awesome experience. Managed to make a bunch of unflush, off plumb, bowed framing work into perfectly level tiles. Everybody that sees our new bathroom is incredibly impressed by the quality of tile work. My wife and I are extremely glad that we went with CHI for our renovation - we'll GLADLY use Ron/Brian again for all future tile projects. Absolutely excellent and way beyond our expectations!

I scheduled an appointment via BBB website and also called Ron via phone.  He came out and measured the room.  An email was received with description of  work and prices.  I emailed receipt of proposal and a follow-up phone call. There was some wait before he could accomplish the work; however, it was well worth it.  Furniture was removed leaving only four rooms of carpet by the customer.  A crew of three arrived to remove carpeting, padding and tack strips, clean and prep concrete floor, level any uneven areas, lay down underlayment, install laminate flooring,install travertine stone, and install quarter round trim.  One installer was always providing support to the two others by prestaging materials, cleaning up and bagging trash, installing trim, etc.  A second installer was continuously installing the laminate.  The third installed the travertine and the laminate.  The total time was about 12 hours over two days.

I can't say enough good things about Ron and his team. He provided an estimate of the work within a day and was able to fit in the job in his busy schedule right away. The transformation of my living room, dining room and hallway was amazing. I would recommend Ron and his company to everyone.

We found this company through lumber liquidators. The owner Ron and his team were professional knowledgeable and easy to work with. Looks great. Only one problem he took our left over t molding. Kept promising to return but have not so far.
