I took my PS3 in to have the "yellow light of death" fixed. They said it would only be a 2-3 days to complete the repair. The price for the service was $75 as opposed to sending it back to Playstation to be fixed for $150. I waited approximately 2 weeks before my first call to them. They said they were working on it but hadn't completed the repair. They told me to call back in a couple of days. I called back again in 3 days and still they had not completed the repair but they should be finished is a couple of days. I called back again and still it was not finished. Finally, I gave them a couple more weeks to finish the repair before I called again. Two weeks later, 1 1/2 months after I initially dropped the console off, I called again. This time I got the answering machine/voicemail. I left a detailed message with how long they had the device and how many times I called and asking why it was taking so long. The proprietor, Kyle Grant, contacted me and said they fixed the "yellow light of death" but couldn't get a picture. He said it was deemed unrepairable and that I could come pick it up any time. So, I was obviously disappointed but figured it was time for a new one. So, 1 1/2 weeks after that conversation I stopped by on my lunch break to pick up the PS3. 2 of the employees looked around frantically for several minutes before finally telling me that the PS3 was still disassembled. They said they would put it together and call me. So, I asked the crazy question "Why is it still disassembled?" That seemed a little fishy to me since I was told by Kyle that it would be ready to pick up. The girl at the counter told me that getting upset about wouldn't get it assembled any faster. So, I asked to speak to Kyle about it. I started to explain the scenario, figuring they deal with a lot of folks and they may not remember me, when he stopped me and asked if I was questioning his integrity. So I told him I was and that everything seemed very fishy to me. He immediately told me to get out. When I asked why and reminded him that he still had my property and he told me to come pick it up, he said I was tresspassing and that he would mail it to me. So, I left and 2 minutes later they called me and said it was assembled and ready to be picked up. I am pretty sure it is not the same console that I had when I went in there. I will check the serial number when i get home. I am also very suspicious that this guy is farming parts from machines he can't fix or something very underhanded like that. The girl working the counter has no idea about customer service. She was immediately defensive and rude. The propeitor was obviously defensive and rude. I'm not sure if these people are used to pushing kids around who bring in their gaming consoles for repair or what, but I am no child and when something looks or sounds fishy I am going to ask about it. At the very best, these people are TERRIBLE at customer service. If you take your equipment to them to be fixed you are going to get cheated and lied to. You all have been warned!!!

The experience was awful and I would never suggest to anyone they use this provider. In fact, I will go out of my way to tell people what poor work they do.
