Application, within 24 to 48 hours received and approval from the underwriting department based on state, federal and lender guild lines. An excellent Attorney with 10 year worth of experience was referred to me with customer service that was outstanding. This Attorney paralegal maintain open communication every 10 business days without missing. And within 90 to 130 days we had a modified mortgage with all our late payments and late fee removed. Now our credit score is on it's way back up to the upper 700.
