They were supposed to be here at 10am to start installing TV cable, internet service, and phone for my new home. They didn't show up until 3:30 in the afternoon! He nearly fell through our ceiling and caused a lot of damage to the ceiling in the home we are renting! He left immediately after this occured and talked to his supervisor! 8/26/13-- They are supposed to be here between 8am-10am. They showed up after 10am! They were lucky that one of us was here! We are still trying to move some of the little things from our old home! They have made my moving process terrible! After the damage was done, I haven't been given any timeline for fixing the damage! I still don't have any service from Comcast! They are making claims that the previous owners have cut lines and rerouted things, but that isn't my problem. I don't want to be charged for yesterday's service call because the only thing that he did was make a hole in the ceiling! I don't want to be charged for today's service because he was still late, even after yesterday's incident! We just need it fixed for us, since we have been customers of Comcast for years now! Comcast has been a NIGHTMARE during this move!!! It is unfortunate that they are the best service after installation available in Jacksonville and we will have to continue to use them in the future.
