COGGIN TOYOTA AT THE AVENUES

They are kind and considerate. I can't tell you how nice they are. They are all so very professional and soft spoken. In the waiting area they have snacks, TV, lovely chairs, and wifi. The place is super clean and you hear no noise from inside the waiting room. You can see the work area through the window though. I would highly recommend them.

They are most gracious and I love my car. They were very professional through the whole process of buying my car. They insured the car and got it prepared for me in a couple of hours on a Saturday. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a warning light on but it was just a loose gas cap. Thank goodness. It was nothing serious. There was no charge. They said that it is good for another 100,000 miles.

I have an 03 car, so I am totally out of warranty.  I don't use them for oil changes or things like that. A dealer can be expensive, comparison to a smaller dealer. I go to the feller I buy my tires from. Tires on dealership is expensive as well. For a dealership, Coggin's have been very fair, and equitable to me. I don't know about other people. I'm old and I will scream at them. They have been extremely good to me. I know about dealerships. I worked with them for years. I think they can always have room for improvement. Costing as well. I think they been very fair with me. Toyota is just extremely expensive.Dealerships have that up-costing as well. Kind of like Healthcare. The band-aid cost fifteen dollars, which they paid a nickel for. They have been very responsive. Everybody can improve. Generally, they have been quite good, quite nice, and quite professional. Fairly easy to work with that company.

I have wonderful service from them. I wouldn't go anywhere. I went to different tire places and got estimates. Coggin was just as cheap. I went in and asked the price. The man said he didn't have time at the moment and he'll phone me. He never did. I went in the next day and he just kind of ignored me. I went to the manager and I told him. After that, I have a wonderful service. I've never had a problem. I've used them for 20 years now. I got the right tires. I got an experienced person and I trust them. They know what they're doing. I always use them.

There was a little room for improvement so that is why I gave a B grade. I felt like we got a deal for the price. The personnel called as they said they would. They were on time with getting back with me. The only thing that I didn't quite like with them is that there were a couple of items missing off of the vehicle and they were kind of minimizing my concerns and I didn't like that. They did get it corrected so that was good.

I went to this dealership with my mother to look for a used car. We were greeted in the parking lot and instead of checking his inventory on the computer he had my elderly mother walking through the lot looking for cars until she said something. He then talked about the possibility of leasing and she test drove a car. While we were test driving he took a telephone call. When we went back to his desk to get pricing details he excused himself and said he'd be right back. After waiting 15 minutes I got up from his desk and saw him right outside the window helping another couple. While I understand that sometimes things happen that may require immediate attention this IS NOT the way to treat customers - it is beyond rudeness. We left and will not be back. He saw us leaving and did nothing.

They are the dealership. They are always on time, efficient, and they provide excellent care to my car. Their prices are reasonable, and my car is covered under them, and so I take it to them. The facility is clean, and everyone there is very personable. I make appointments, and when I get there, they take me in at my appointment time.
