We are locally owned and operated- we are not a franchise! Cleantastic Inc is a concierge cleaning service. WE OFFER SPECIAL PROMOTIONS FOR ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS! We offer residential and commercial services. The average rate for a regular cleaning service is typically around $150.00 per visit however, the price varies greatly per individual job. This rate varies by the size of the home, frequency of the service and the amount of work there is to be completed. More information can be found on our website at www.cleantasticinc.com. Consider us as your personal concierge, housekeeping service and your personal butler. As a concierge service we offer a wide variety of services to assist you in any way that we can including: running errands, meeting with contractors at your home, picking up dry cleaning & laundry service, grocery shopping, organizing and numerous other duties to make your busy life a little less complicated. Please feel free to contact us for a personal consultation to discuss how we can help you with your individual needs. Due to our outstanding reputation it is very common for us to book our appointments 3-4 weeks in advance. Please allow an advanced notice prior to scheduling your initial service. Our schedules stay very busy and we consistently book weeks in advance, please allow time to book your service with this in mind. We do keep a cancellation list, in which we can put clients on that need services more urgently. Please note that we typically CANNOT provide 'same day service' - Although sometimes this may be possible, an additional fee will apply. When you call to schedule your initial service you may be asked to secure your appointment with a nonrefundable deposit with a credit/debit card. Call us at anytime with any questions at 904-619-8025; if we miss your call, we have an answering service 24/7 and we will return your call promptly. We also can serve as your personal House Manager: we assess the property and document the conditions on the initial consultation and document any areas of concern with photographs and we email a detailed report after the assessment is completed. this also includes arranging all affairs of home maintenance including but not limited to: meeting contractors, window washers, carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, pressure washing, lawn maintenance staff, swimming pool services, locksmiths, arranging laundry, ironing & dry cleaning services and any project that may be specific to your needs. We can assist you with event planning and coordinating with caterers as well. Many of our clients lead busy lives and we are proud to offer assistance wherever they are needed. We treat our client's homes as if they were our own, with great care and respect. Our goal is to build a long term, trustworthy and dependable relationship with our clients that will last for many years. As we learn our client's taste and preferences we can provide a personalized service that is like no other. We work with the finest vendors in northeast Florida with the most outstanding reputation, in which we have built relationships over the years. Because of the outstanding reputation that our company has earned over the years, we book and schedule services for new clients in advance and at times we have a waiting list. All of the services that we provide are custom tailored to suit your needs. We are very proud of the high quality of our work and the great reputation that we have built over the years. We are licensed, insured, bonded and experienced. Through the years we have built a highly credible reputation in our industry and the majority of our clients are repeat clientele.
