Dave installed a new system and part of the deal was to stop salt off quartley and check the system, they stopped off salt once and did not even put it in the softener just left at the door Don’t pay extra for that service

We now can drink our water from the faucet where before we bought bottled water. My clothing is cleaner too when I wash clothes. The toilet bowls are cleaner. We are very pleased.

Install went fine but they offered an every other month service to fill the tank with salt for $$ They have not kept the agreement. They say they will come but don't. The tank runs out and the water turns orange. Currently on week 5 of calling them to come out and fill the tank. Senior citizen with a bad back. . . .

Fair price, quick scheduling, and only a few minor complaints concerning installation. Improper type of gap filler used to attempt to fill holes made in masonry of my garage for the drain pipe. No manual provided concerning operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting steps. Not even a sticker with the company’s contact information on the tank for potential future homeowners. Also, expect a near-empty container of salt so you’ll have to research that within a few days of install, go to your nearest Lowes or Home Depot, and buy some of that.
