Doug and his crew have done my Lawn/Landscaping for over 2 years. He has done all of our yard work, plus extra services in the winter season clearing brush and adding fill dirt to better drain our lot. Always the courteous professional, we highly recommend him.

  I called CL&D lawn service out to cut my lawn when I moved to Jacksonville and to help keep the maintenance up on my yard and hedges. Doug the owner came out to my residence was very prompt and very kind him and his employees. He cut my yard and has been doing it since. He is very professional and when I needed him to look at my sprinkler system he was there to help me out to look at them and replaced a couple of my heads for them when I had a new fence put in my yard. I would recommend them to anyone. Prices are reasonable. 

I've been familiar with CLand D Property Services for a while now since they maintain the property at my family's business. I was in desperate need for some lawn care at my own home so I decided to call Doug with CLand D. I explained what I wanted (lawn cut, driveway blown off, trim up the bushes; etc). They happened to be close enough by that they were able to go by that same morning and take care of it. I've paid people to do lawn work before and it's looked "okay", but WOW oh WOW - CLand D did a FANTASTIC job! They really went above and beyond - they didnt skimp on anything - you can tell they really take pride in their lawn care services. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future!

Doug came out to give us an estimate on the work and we were very happy with his friendly and professional manner. We received the estimate and forwarded it to our general manager along with other estimates. When we called and asked Doug if he could get the work done by a specific time, he agreed to do the work. He and his workers showed up early on the day chosen and got started. They looked professional and acted professional. They consulted with us along the way and did an excellent job. We could see them checking their work from across the street to make sure everything looked great -- which it did. They informed us that because of the early darkness they might have to finish up the next day which was Saturday. They showed up bright and early on Saturday and finished up the job. They cleaned up all the surrounding yard and pavement around their work and left everything looking very neat and clean. They took pride in their work and even came back on Monday to check on the project and did a little extra weed control. We would certainly recommend them to others and we would definitely hire them again in the future.
