City Wide Appliance Repair

Mike and Brandon came out to service my washing machine. They said they had to order a new locking lid for an extra $150 and I was told there was a $70 trip charge. They came back 5 days later to install the part and they claimed they had fixed it. The next day, the washing machine was not working. They came out immediately and told me that it would cost $450 to replace the board. I declined and asked for my refund of $134 that I had paid for the first extra part. They told me that I couldn't get the $70 trip charge refunded. I paid a total was $284 and they told me I could get a refund of $214. They said they would send a check in the mail but I have not heard or seen anything. I have not received a refund. They have not returned my calls or have answered when I called. It's been a months and I have heard nothing. I think I was scammed. They were also very rude. Especially when I asked them for a full refund. I would not recommend them at all.
