I don't understand what happened. I spent weeks going back and forth with Dan, gave him a very clear list of what needed to be done, and got an estimate which I accepted. When I wanted to go over the estimate to finalize and make sure what materials were included vs what I was going to provide, he said he wanted to come by the house and go through it. He said he would call on Friday between 9am and 10am. I heard nothing so I called at 11am and left a message. He never called me back and completely blew me off. It has been a nightmare finding ANYONE who is reliable. If he didn't want to do the work or couldn't do the work, he just should have said so. I lost 2 weeks on my project because of this and have had to start at square one. Update -- He ended up trying to call about a month later and I did not answer because I already found another contractor which has done an excellent job.

Daniel was great!! He gave me a fair estimate, stayed true to the number. He completed the job when promised and always answered all my calls promptly. He was very patient with my ignorant questions.
