Mark and his crew were very professional, courteous, and explained exactly would do. Mark gave me a fair quote, honored the quote, and performed the work within 2 weeks of the quote. They used lawn friendly equipment that had rubber tires and rubber tracks on their crawler. They removed 100% of the debris and the yard was clean and just as it was before the started and were in and out in about 4 hours. I will use them again in about a month to remove a damaged limb on another tree. They are better than a 5 out of 5 they are a 10 out of 10!!!!

Punctual! Cut down dead tree and trimmed several oak and sweet gum tree branches over driveway as discussed. Their staff was very professional and removed all debris. This is my third tree service and Chip's is by far provided the best price and service. Will definitely use them again!

The estimate was reasonable and the final cost was exactly the estimated cost. The crew was professional and conscientious. The day they were supposed to start was stormy. We got a call that morning to let us know the situation. They came the next day, early enough to start work at the time we were told. They brought a lift (reached 60 ft), and a chipper. Very pleasant, asked if they questioned whether or not we wanted certain things done, cleaned up the yard beautifully and the tree looks great.

Chip's took down 2 trees close to our house - both were complicated. A large oak grew which over the roof and a very large pine that had a defect about 30 feet up its trunk. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took the two trees down in short order. They were very careful not to cause any damage to the roof or surrounding plants. I will use them again and won't even bother contacting any other service.

They were punctual, and fast. I had to ask them to trim down the trunk of the tree a little bit more, and I shouldn't have had to ask them to do that. They are tree removal people and they should know that. They also didn't pick up a couple of limbs.

The folks at Chip's did a great job removing and trimming the trees at our place for a very reasonable price. The customer service and quality of work were well above what we have seen in the past and we will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. The blackjack oak was looming over our house while the cherry laurels were in between two power lines but neither the house nor the power lines were damaged. They did an excellent cleanup job, and the only signs that they had been to our home were a lack of trees and some mulch left where they had stood. They were one of three companies that we contacted for quotes. Their quote was a little higher than the other two companies but they were the only company willing to meet with us in person when we were available. Will definitely call them again if we need tree work in the future.

Mark was very responsive - he came out and gave us a detailed estimate. He wanted to offer the work at the best price. He and his team arrived early and started work right away. They were done sooner than they said. They cleaned up fairly well. Overall they were very good. They could have been a little cleaner - some of the cut branches fell on some of our plants, but they did a good job overall.

The tree was removed with little damage to our property and without disturbance to our neighbor's yard. The owner was professional and curteous and we will use him again if needed.

The owner, Mark Miller, showed up on time for the estimate and was on site for the actual job. He and his team got right to work and were done sooner than I expected. I plan on using them again, as needed, and will refer them without hesitation.
