We had replaced our roof on our three story home and with the pounding the house took we had several cracks throughout the stucco(one major crack we thought was due to water damage but Chico proved that it wasn't), also we changed the roof line and needed new stucco. We called Chico's Stucco who we had used a few years ago for a minor stucco repair that we were happy with the work performed. The following day of calling Chico's he was out to give an estimate and started working a day sooner than he thought he would. This is the second time that we used him that he responded in a very timely manner. It was not an easy job either...three stories high and working from a ladder...not Chico's way but he put his fear of being high on a ladder behind him and got the job done! Also may I say he is the owner which I don't see many owners except for time of estimate and payment. He was good about keeping a clean jobsite and has a good crew.
