This is the guy to call!!! He immediately knew what the problem was (algae had stopped up a drain) and quickly fixed it. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, can't say enough good things about him.

It was fine. The appointment was scheduled promptly. He was on time, knew what to do, and had it done in ten minutes. The part cost less than $4, but the charge was $170. I thought that was excessive.

"I don't know where that part can be purchased for less than $4.00 buy mine are not. OEM parts cost more than after market parts. You were quoted a price before work began and could have declined. Anyway I'm glad your dryer is working properly now and the next time you need service you may find I wasn't as excessive as you thought. 43 years experience had a lot to do with being done in 10 minutes. I called Charlie at noon (after Sears stood me up). He told me he could be here between 1 and 5;00. He arrived at 2:15. He was friendly, professional, and fast. He fixed the dryer and I would absolutely recommend him! I will use him again.

It went very well. Charlie diagnosed the problem, ordered and part and came back to install the part within 4 days (weekend included). It is so great to have our oven working again!! Very pleased with Charlie and his service.

I had called three other companies prior to Charlie and no one could come out till Monday (this was on a Thursday). Meanwhile, all of our food is stored in coolers... When I read reviews that Charlie comes out same day I gave him a call. He indeed called me back and said he could be out in 20-25 minutes! He showed up in the allotted time and determined the cause of the problem. After about 30 minutes, the new defrost timer was installed and our freezer and fridge were back to working order. Would definitely call again for future appliance repair needs!

Based on prior reviews, I decided to call Charlie's Appliance. I called late one afternoon and he called back the next morning and set the appointment for the same day. Charlie arrived on time. After only a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem. He installed a new pump and belt and tested it in less than 30 minutes.

Charlie provided excellent service. Took his time to examine the dryer and determined that it was not financially beneficial for us to fix the dryer especially since it was pretty outdated. He was very honest with me and I will definitely call again if I have any other issue with my appliances. Thanks Charlie!

I found Charlie to be very unprofessional and sloppy in his work. When he was working in my freezer, he kept putting his tools down on the frozen food stored there. I have found several pieces of wiring that were dropped and left in the freezer. When he twice needed something to catch water drips he rifled through the clean dishes in the dish-drain instead of asking for something. He tried several different things to try and fix the ice-maker but it was clear that he had no idea what was wrong. He ultimately was unable to fix it. I have no problem with the fact that he was unable to fix the ice-maker. I do have a problem with his arrogance and his unprofessional attitude.

charlie came within 30 mins of my call on a monday afternoon. Said problem was one of two things, it turned out to be the less expensive one. repair was quick and clean. Happy I called this company. He is a local business, knows his appliance repair.

Friendly & professional service. The cost went from the pre-visit estimate of $70. 00 plus parts & labor to the actual cost of $135. 00 with no parts needed.
