THE $375 WAS TO INCLUDE TWO TASKS. HE DID ONLY ONE OF THEM. HE DID NOT DRILL AROUND THE LIVE OAK AND FEED IT, WHICH WAS IN WRITING ON HIS ESTIMATE SHEET, AND TO BE INCLUDED IN THE $375. HE DID NOT FINISH WHAT HE PROMISED TO DO. I ALSO THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO DO MORE TRIMMING, BASED ON OUR PRELIMINARY DISCUSSIONS. HE LEFT A MESS IN MY YARD, WHICH I CLEANED UP.

They went ahead and bored holes in the ground and fertilized my trees and shrubs. They lifted up some of my shrubs and said that I hadn't opened the bulbs enough. They also aerated the roots and thinned out the tree. They are also in the process of putting a cable on the tree to make it stronger. Mr Jordan is a very talkative and professional man. His son is working with him, and is nice as well.

Charles Jordan & Sons did a good job quickly. They were very accessible, as well. They even showed up about 45 minutes after we called them so we could get it done right away.
