Our neighborhood's retention pond became severely clogged with duckweed and other aquatic weeds and grasses. With no HMO, the financial burden fell on those of us concerned enough to take care of it! We received a quote from another company (after many attempts to contact without calls back) that was twice what Charles Aquatics quoted. We had the firs treatment about 2 weeks ago and the pond is looks so much healthier! We are on a very reasonable monthly maintenance plan and feel great that the health of the pond (and the fish, turtles and waterfowl that call it home) is improving!

Please see above re details. In addition, provider said if it was motor and pump failed he would install new pump , at my cost, but he would not charge another service call. Old fashion quality service.
