Description of Work: Charles and Donna Woodward 904-608-9536 have been performing cleaning and painting services (and ???. sounded like anything helpful for senior aged residents) for over 12 years, especially for residents of Cypress Village retirement community (located next street over from Mayo hospital). I met them last weekend as I was leaving the house I had just purchased and opened a discussion. They mentioned the type of services they provide (and I needed in order to prepare my new house for rental) so I asked for an estimate on pressure washing the house, walkways and driveway; painting the necessary interior rooms, etc. They provided multiple references and estimates for 3 services -- pressure washing, painting and window washing. I checked several references (my good friends) and the estimates, then called to hire them. The pressure washing of the entire exterior of the house, walkways and driveway took place yesterday and they did an excellent and speedy job. It looks great -- well worth the price I paid to rid the exterior brick and concrete of dirt and mold that had accumulated for for the 30 months the house was empty. As soon as I decide on what paint to use, I will bring them back to paint 2 interior rooms and the hallway. Just before my renters arrive, I will have them back to wash the windows. I will commend them to my new residents for house cleaning services and let them tell the residents what else they will do which sounded like it would be any reasonable, helpful service for retired folk. By the way. I rated price as just "good" instead of excellent due to my lack of experience, not because it is not "excellent." I just do not know how good it is. The prices sounded good to me and reasonable to others who had just purchased similar services in another part of town.
