All very good. They did the trimming and cleared away the branches. They even used a blower to clean up every last bit.

A tree in the back yard split and fell in December that was located in a tight corner between the back and side fence as well as the shed. There was no access to the tree from the back of the property or the neighbor's yard. It needed to come down before storm season and I also needs some low canopy limbs trimmed up. James came out on Friday, looked at the positioning and said the tree could be safely taken down without any damage. The estimate was quite reasonable and much less than a some I had gotten. He was able to schedule me for Monday. James and the crew showed up promptly on time and got straight to work. James and crew worked fantastic together. The tree was roped and dropped without a single piece ending up in the yard next door or on the shed. The canopy was trimmed to clear the electrical lines. Everything was removed manually to street, loaded in the trucks and debris cleaned up in what I thought was record time for the nature of the job. They were a joy to watch, working together like a fine tuned engine, courteous and respectful. Watching the rope work on that tree was truly amazing. I have a few more trees that will need to be removed in the near future and have already decided that I will be calling them. Chapman Family Tree Service has become my first call. I wouldn't use anyone else and would definitely recommend them.

I've use them several times. Everything together was around $1400.00. I'll use them again to do just a small job later on. I went back and used them twice actually.

James and Darryl Chapman, along with their helper, Robert were very professional. James returned my call the same day. They listened to what I wanted them to do, and did it. James answered any questions I had. He and his brother worked as a team to get everything done in the quickest way possible, while being extremely safety conscious. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate to call them for any tree services you may have. Oh, and they happen to be very nice, genuine and trustworthy.

The service was excellent and done in a timely manner.  We chose Chapman Family Tree Service because they offered a Military discount coupon and we were not disappointed.  Would definately use their services again.

The whole process, from getting the estimate to the job being done, went better than expected. James has a great crew who all introduced themselves on arrival. A sudden rain storm did not stop them from completing the job and cleaning everything up.

We used them right after we bought the house. We liked them very much. The price and estimate were good. They came out when they said they would be here. They did a great job grinding down the stumps and cleaning up. He came in with three guys and had the bucket truck and all the right equipment. When they were working on the trees they would stop and take a look and then do some more; they just didn't come in and chop stuff down. He told us exactly what they were going to do and why they were doing it that way.

 They did a great job, very professional, great price.  When I found two more dead or nearly dead trees in the back yard and my Oak was is dire need of trimming, I did get estimates, but Chapman's Family Tree Service had the best price and I had used them in 2007 to remove two pines and grind the stumps.  They take their time to understand your needs, provide very reasonable estimates and have been on time.  They clean up the debris, they check with you before they do anything that was not discussed.  This company is very honest, reasonably priced, prompt, professional.  My Oak in the front yard, which was attempting to eat my house and had already taken over the lamp post, was trimmed back (we have our street lamp back!), retaining the shape as I wanted. Two of my neighbors actually came over to tell me how great the Oak looked and one asked for their contact info.  This an honest, hard-working company that cares about doing the job right.Call them!!  Great people!!   904-880-3993  Call them at least for an estimate!!  I plan to use them again for some yard clean up later this year.
