Since 2010, we have been steadily servicing the Jacksonville, Fl area with it's property management needs. And in 2018, by popular demand, we opened a sales division. For the same reason that many businesses start, CenterBeam saw a need not yet met in the Real Estate business. People seemed to be looking for a couple of things: a firm that truly puts them first and one that understands how important both knowledge and professionalism are when it comes to selling, buying and renting homes. Our company fills those needs because we hire heart and train skill. Only those that have proven performance come onboard with CenterBeam Real Estate. Each department is separate even though we all work as one large team players. The ultimate goal is to always to put our clients first, find the most educated answers, help others with their real estate goals, balance work and pleasure, inspire through example and to have fun while doing this.
