It was a tricky replacement because of the position of the air handler. The extended warranty was more than generous.

My AC goes out about once a year due to a very very slow line leak that would cost more to locate and fix versus just adding a little bit of refrigerant each year. Of course this year it freezes up at 4 am on the Sunday before Labor Day while I have a newborn in the house. Josh came out and was very knowledgable and honest. Didn't gouge us on the price even though we needed r22 which is being phased out. I checked with another provider who was going to charge less for the refrigerant itself but also wanted to charge by the half hour. I've used Air Technology in the past as well and have found their other techs to be just as professional and honest. These are my go to guys.

I was in the process of doing some remodel work to my home and knew the A/C system needed to be replaced (my system at the time was almost 20 yrs old). I have a two story home and the old system provided heat and A/C for both upstairs and downstairs. As a result, it was impossible to keep both floors at comfortable temps. I had two other companies evaluate my home and provide an estimate of the cost to replace the existing system, add a second system, and split upstairs from downstairs. Neither company would provide an estimate as both said they could not split the upstairs and downstairs. I discussed this with the contractor performing my remodel work and he asked Air Technologies to come out and look at my home and see if they would be willing to do the work. James came out and after about 30 minutes let me know he could do what I wanted and provided a reasonable estimate for the amount of work that needed to be done. Air Technologies replaced my existing heat pump and air handler, installed a second heat pump and air handler, and rerouted and installed new duct work upstairs and into a new addition. Owen performed all the work and was an absolute pleasure. He was knowledgeable and took the time to let me know what was being done at every step. Air Technologies performed the work for the estimate they provided. There were no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone.

great and I am happy with the price thought it was fair. I felt very comfortable with him being that my husband was not around and after 10 min with him it felt like I knew him a long time. Not many people can do that to me and I was not taken back on his prices I really thought that I was going to be paying about 600.00 but when he gave me the pricing on it I was feeling better. I cannot believe that the other companies have not called back even as I sit here now I still have not even recieved one call. He said they are on call 24 hrs a day and would have come at 11 at night if I need him.. Great company. Great experience. Will call them again... Need more companies like that..

Gentlemen were extremely polite and quick. They really knew their stuff. I was very pleased with the customer service part of the call as well.

They were supposed to give me a free estimate to get my ducts replaced. They did not repair anything, and just put in Freon. I was supposed to get this for free. I don't know why they filled up my Freon. I never asked for them to do that, they just did it anyway and charged me for it.

I felt Air Technology of North E Florida did an alright job. I felt that they could have may be done a better job cleaning the air ducts. I wish they would have been a little more thorough.

Air Technology worked listened to what I wanted, and they didn't try to oversell me. I have had them do other work for me, and I always get a fantastic result. I would recommend them to anyone.
