This is an honest repair shop. They are polite and go the extra mile. The repair rates are reasonable. What more can you ask for?

Carroll's replaced the transmission pan and gasket on my 2006 BMW 325i. They performed quality work at a reasonable price.

My 2001 325iT had developed an unsafe  "mind of its own" due to a faulty sensor which triggered the ABS to apply the brakes randomly and unpredictably. Unsafe, to say the least. Scott targeted the bad sensor which costs over $1300 new! He searched and found a good used one with a 3 year guarantee for only $200, saving me over $1100. Simply unplugging the old sensor was not an option as the ABS would not function properly without it.

Scott also fit me in right away, getting the sensor delivery expedited and replacing it so I could take the car on a week long trip to the NC mountains. The new sensor has been performing perfectly and I was able to confidently enjoy the mountain roads driving.

I went to the shop and it was closed with no information on forwarding, or another location.

One of the parts that they put was defective and I had to go back because it was leaking worse than it did before they took it over. They repaired it and spent a long time making sure that it was right. They did some extra things to prevent it again. They didn't charge me for it. I have been using them since my other guy went out of the business. I would certainly use him again.

Checked them out and liked what I saw. Made an appointment for next day. They did the work as discussed and the price we agreed before. Good coffee.

Scott Carroll is one of two auto service professionals whom I trust completely. His expertise with BMWs ensures a quick, correct diagnosis every time and never any superfluous work. He has at times found DIY resources for me and offered that I could do it myself for free rather than pay him for the work! Although a one-man shop, Scott manages to run everything efficiently and smoothly. The waiting area is clean and spacious with coffee, snacks, TV and wifi. My car never comes back stained or dirty, often cleaner than when when it went in! It's good to have the reassurance that, should anything go wrong with my BMW that I don't catch, Scott inevitably will nip it in the bud and prevent longer-term damage and expense. An exceptional shop run by an exceptional man.
