I give it an 9 out of 10. The staff at Carpet Image were very helpful and Very patient with us during the selecting phase. It actually took weeks to decide and select a product. The people at Carpet Image just kept taking their time with us on the project. Outstanding costumer service. Friendly and cordial the whole time.

Their worker (1) was an ace! The fellow showed up on time and worked very hard and provided us with an excellent job. This was his first time with this type of flooring.

They were priced a little high. Not over the top insanely high, never the less, over priced. I wish they could have sharpened the pencil a little more. The biggest issue was the worker needed to have more help. A three man crew would have been perfect, but a two man crew is a must. So I had to help to get the job done. Caring many heavy boxes, removing trash, cleaning up, moving furniture, helping installation. No one or at any time did the staff from Carpet Image come to the work site until after the job was completed. They claimed other issues prevented them from doing this. Carpet Image did compensated us by taking ~ 5% off the bill. Some folks thought that was not enough compensation, I think it was just fair. Overall, the folks at Carpet Image are helpful, kind, knowledgeable and experienced. They were pleasant and patient and fair in correcting issues. I would recommend them, just make sure they insure the crews will not be short handed.

Carpet Image Services was fine for when I installed the carpet two years ago, but they don't clean the best. They recommended that we dry clean instead of regular steam water. I just think that you can buy the dry cleaning powder cheaper and do it yourself just as well.
