Perfectly. I was able to take multiple rugs home to see how they would work in my home. The service was excellent and there were many rugs to choose from. I left a rug to be cleaned and owner was able to identify a problem I was having with another rug. I will definitely purchase from them again.

It went extremely well. We were very happy. The rugs look like new. They got out every spot and stain. We could not believe the success they had. They did what they said. That is a wonderful attribute especially these days. They showed when they said for pickup. They told us they would call when it was done. They did. They delivered when they said. The cost was in the ballpark they gave us ahead of time. We would definitely use again and highly recommend them. We recently moved from out of state. We relied on Angie's list to find this vendor.

New to the area, I relied on Angie's List for the name of an oriental rug dealer/cleaner. I brought one rug in for cleaning and was so pleased with the results I brought in a second. The second rug was highly soiled and on the verge of being discarded. C Harb's took the time and used their skills to restore my rug, even though it was quite the project. I loved the rug when I bought it and I still love it, thanks to C Harb's. Very nice professional people...would certainly recommend.

All rugs came out looking like new and would not hesitate to use him again. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the
types of rugs we had and made excellent recommendation on all of them before we proceeded.
Cleaning took some time before we could get our rugs back but the wait was worth it.

We explain our pricing in advance, and let the customer decide whether it is worth it to them. Charlie and his assistant picked up the rug as planned. They estimated a 3-week timeframe for the full cleaning but had the work completed sooner. The company moves the furniture with care and replaced everything as it should be when the rug was reinstalled. This company is always thorough and professional. They are polite and respectful of the customers in their interactions. The rug looks brand new! We will definitely use them again.

Charlie, the owner, picked up all our rugs, patched one, cleaned them all. He added something to the rugs so that moths will not eat the wool. Then he delivered them back to us. They look great. Charlie is very knowledgeable. He took one look at one of my rugs, and could tell me where it was made.

We purchased two of the rugs that were brought into our home. Mr. Harb then took the rugs back to his gallery and provided a stain proof and moth deterrent process. He would have delivered the rugs back to our home the same day but, because of our schedule, we chose to pick them up from his gallery the following week. We are very happy with the quality, beauty, and feel of the rugs. We are also totally pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Harb and feel that he exceeded our expectations. Will will definitely return to C. Harb's Rugs in the future for any additional rug purchases, cleaning and repair services as required.

C. Harb's was a great find through Angie's List. Charlie Harb worked directly with us. He explained in detail what needed to be done, gave us options, and completely answered all our questions before we moved ahead. His extensive experience and knowledge about oriental rugs was apparent (among other things, upon examination, he could tell where our rug was made). He is 3rd generation in the same business. Another important selling point to us was that all work (cleaning and repairing) was done on premises -- there is no outsourcing. We were rewarded with great work, on time as projected, and spot on the cost estimate. Charlie Harb was professional and easy to work with. We had a very positive experience. In addition to the cleaning/repair work done for us, C. Harb's also sells oriental rugs. If we were in the market for a rug, we would definitely start there.
