Cabinet Making
Workmanship was ok overall, but on the install they forgot to bring the shoe molding and had to come back the following week to finish the job. After their completion the following week, I had a dishwasher installed (not by them) and noticed that the toe kick and shoe molding they had installed were short by several inches, leaving an open hole between the dishwasher and the adjacent cabinet. Asked them to please correct the error at their convenience. My initial text with photo to them was ignored. When I followed up by phone, they made an appointment to make the correction, but they never showed. A week later, they still have not responded or followed up.
