Burbank Electric is a professional company, they arrived on schedule and completed the job on time. The work they did was outstanding. We have had this work performed many times in prior homes and they did the best work of all of our jobs. The amount of work we had performed was extensive, everything from installing LED recess to dedicated circuits. The end result was that Burbank made the inside of our home beautiful. To me, the best indication of an exceptional company is how they take care of things after the job is completed. We had a few minor tweaks that we wanted adjusted after they had left the job and the company reacted immediately to our requests. Their follow-up service was excellent. They are not inexpensive, but the quality of their work and service makes their pricing a value. I would highly recommend them!

Burbank Electric was great as was the electrician who did our work. They were able to schedule the work right away and the electrician arrived on time after calling us to let us know when he would arrive. He was friendly, courteous, neat, and efficient. The cost was reasonable for the work performed. Overall a great job and we will definitely hire Burbank again for our electrical work needs.

A quick response to my initial phone call and got a visit scheduled for the next day. Austin was really excellent and we cannot fault his work, a great problem solver too, managing to fit the vanity light in an awkward space . Highly recommend Burbank and Austin.

Absolutely pleased with the work done. We had some faulty wiring from the previous owner and had it fixed. We were also able to get a GFCI outlet installed. And a new ballast on our garage light fixture. Will definitely reach out to Burbank Electric for all our future electrical work!

Rich and his company were great. We recently bought a house and had some issues where there was no power in our living room. Rich was able to come out to the house that same day and resolve the problem. They were also hired to move the electric for our washer and dryer machines in the laundry room. We were very happy with their responses, professionalism, and the timely manner that they finished the work. Everything was done as promised, on time and as quoted with no additional fees. The prices were fair and we had them redo our entire breaker box as a third project. The final product was much more organized and made us feel safer from the threat of fire once they were done. I would highly recommend Burbank Electric and Rich and his team. There was even an issue with the AC not working late at night and Rich had no problem coming out to the house and working on it. 10/10 would use again for any future electrical issues we have.

Austin showed up on time and was very professional and personable. He listened attentively while I tried to explain the issue in my laymen's terms. He later explained the problem and how he would fix it. Richard was in the neighborhood and showed up to help complete the job. They were both very respectful and did not talk down to me as a woman, nor did I get the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about my electrical issues. I would definitely use Burbank Electric again.

I usually don’t give reviews because I’m usually not impressed. I needed 6 electrical & lighting issues resolved and I was procrastinating about hiring someone because I had a negative experience with a different company. This time, I only revealed one project, in order to see how it went before committing to all 6 items. The person who came to my house, named Steve, was outstanding. He did so well on the first issue, that I added more and more projects. Before leaving, he resolved all 6 issues! He was knowledgeable, fast, friendly, professional, clean-cut, And very good natured. Little things add to the positive experience, such as cleaning up and disposing of all trash involved in the work, safety tips, and offering to change a light bulb I could not reach. I am a senior citizen, so climbing a ladder is not something I enjoy. Little things show professionalism and respect. I recommend Burbank Electric!
