+ -1 moreI was given a quote a year ago and my husband and I decided to wait. I recently re-engaged with Bullard Fence as we were financially ready to commit to this project. After 3 weeks of back and forth and an un-godly amount of unprofessionalism in regards to follow up. My experience has been calling multiple times a day with no answer, being told I would get a follow up but then don't, and then not clarifying they would need to re-assess after a year. The owner Shawn (Sean?) called me after I wrote in asking for resolution and basically tried to argue with me and put this all on me. WRONG THING TO DO TO A CUSTOMER WHO IS JUST TRYING TO PAY YOU. We decided if this is any indication of the service they provide, then we will use someone else. I DO NOT recommend this company if you actually want / need follow up in a timely manner.

+ -1 moreFence was installed June 3rd. There were several punch list item that needed addressing. They were not responsive nor reliable when committed to an on-site date for the repairs. As of August 15th the final items are still not completed.
Description of Work: Installed 360' stockade fence, replacing 27 yr old original fence between my neighborhood and the next.

+ -1 moreI called 5 or 6 fence companies to try and have someone come and give me estimates for installing approximately 400 feet of chain link fence. In the end only two showed up. The two prices I got were very close but the responsiveness I received from Bullard Fence was so much better. They showed up when the said they would did exactly what we agree on and left everything very neat and clean. I would highly recommend Bullard Fence.

+ -1 moreFrom the minute I called to schedule an apoointment for an estimate,they are very slow on the phone. "trouble with the computer" I called today confirm my 10 AM appointmrnt and SLOW again ---- "trouble with the computer" Kevin called me back and did confirm I had an appointment and someone would be at me house at 10 AM. I recievd a call about 10:10 AM---they guy had an emergency and he could be at my house in 20 - 25 min. Then her said, "you live in Orange Park right? " NO that is not where I live! Lousy coustomer service!!!

+ -1 moreAwful, worst workmanship I have ever seen. Fence is falling apart after 60 days.
Description of Work: Bullard Fence supplied and installed 6' Cypress Board on Board Fence with 4"dog eared pickets. The workmanship is awful the fence is falling apart, built and installed improperly, did not follow the property line. Paid before job was finished and after four missed appointments with no phone calls to reschedule or cancel they finally showed up with no supplies to finish the job. Their mannerism and lack of professionalism was insulting and harrassing. I asked them to leave my property. The job is still not complete. When I filed complaint with BBB, Bullards response was they would return....Being it took over 30 days of missed appointments and not returning my phone calls to get them out here the last time that is not going to happen. I will have to pay someone else to complete the job, move the improperly placed fence and make repairs to their poor quality product and installation. Do not use this company for anything.

+ -1 moreExcellent. I can't say enough about this experience. Everyone that I talked with or dealt with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The installation crew could not have been better. I had originally wanted to install the fence with my backdoor neighbor and myself. Boy am I glad I didn't. Not that we couldn't have done it. But it would have taken 3 or 4 times as long. They put it up in about 10 hours over two days. I feel like we are living in a new house. I highly recommend Bullard Fence.
Description of Work: Had approximately 170 feet of vinyl fence installed.
