Angel and his wife Donna were amazing to work with. We had hired them to help replace and shore up an exterior wall when a pipe bust in a wall between 3 rooms. They helped us with the insurance companies as inspection of the damages from the water and mold that grew in the walls while waiting for the insurance to approve our claim. In the florida heat it grew pretty fast. His employee Robert was great and a pleasure to work with. They helped find people for plumbing, the retiling of a bathroom and laundry room as well as paint and so much more. The overall project ended up taking a bit longer through no fault of theirs as we waited for approval on repairs but they helped us stay on top of everything. Would definitely recommend them if you ever need home repair or inspection. Through, kind and very understanding. We already have plans for him to come back for some other remodeling we want to do later on to replace some sliding doors. Cant say it enough but they were awesome.

My insurance company and mortgage company were not easy to work with but Angel at Builder's Trust was very patient and persistent in making sure all required documentation was sent and received to get the process moving along quickly. The demolition was very rapid and all debris was cleared in 2 days time. The foundation was then evaluated and it was discovered it would have to be re-poured for that room, as the tree had been heavy enough to crack it right through the hardwood floor. The foundation they laid was a huge improvement over the one my dad had poured by himself back in 1973. A lot of improvements to the original structure had to be made to bring the old place up to code. New plans had to be drawn up to be true to the insurance guidelines and fulfill the code requirements. Electricians had to be involved and central air vents had to be addressed as well. Angel navigated all of the paperwork and drawn-out permitting process with a smile, though, as he had experience with issues like this. Once the insurance and permit process was on track, the actual rebuild was amazingly fast. In about a month, I went from open-air rubble to a brand-new room I could stand in. More inspections along the way and I had a completed, finished off room with a/c and new wood flooring about 2 weeks after that. The crew was very respectful of my work and sleep schedule and were very easy to work with the entire time. The storm damage/insurance issue was the worst experience I have had as a homeowner but I know it would have been about hopeless without a contractor who was interested and dedicated to doing the best job possible. I really owe much to Builder's Trust in getting me back on track and keeping me sane when my own insurer was being so difficult. They did a great job, above and beyond some days. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

It was a difficult leak to pinpoint at first, but Angel got it located and isolated and repaired the leak in just a day. Builders Trust saved me a lot of money in the process. I'm a single woman, can DIY a lot of things, but will definitely be calling them in the future for anything else of that scope. Angel is very easy to work with and really knows the style and material needs of old houses like mine.
