Roger owns the company and he is the one who comes out and does the estimates. Roger did a great job. I was not happy with the gentleman that he has working for him, he is a younger man, that did the did the installation. Roger had to come out 2 weekends ago and we literally had to redo the installation of every single one of my windows because the gentleman just didn't do what Roger said he was supposed to have done. I am not happy at all with the installation. He is professional, he is knowledgeable, but at the end of the day I was not happy with the installation. I knew I was going to get a quality product because I had used Budget Blinds when I lived up in Virginia. But this particular gentleman that he had working for him I just didn't care for his installation techniques. He could train his installer better or hire somebody else. He is a professional guy. I probably would use them again in the future if the same guy wasn't doing my installation.

Budget Blinds had a very good sales person to help me make my decision. They had an excellent installer who did a great job with the installation. We haven't had any problems since the windows have been put in, they are guaranteed for life. I had a good experience.
