Budget Blinds of Jacksonville South

Roger Richmond, owner of Budget Blinds, provided a quality product at a budget price. He replaced 6 old metal blinds with quality faux wood venetian blinds. He and his installer came on time. Unfortunately, he was very difficult to communicate with. His telephone message announced (more than once) that he would “promptly return our call.” He did not! It took weeks of calling several times a day and multiple emails to get him to return our call to arrange scheduling.. The job started in December and was not completed until February. Roger had not correctly measured one window (5 were correct but one was not), so he had to cut part of the wood off the valance to get it to fit. After months of repeated efforts, he finally came out to make all the blinds fit right. Budget Blinds gave us a nice savings but it was not worth months of grief.
