I had a 2 inch by 5 inch hole in my nearly new 8 month old carpet that went down to the cement slab, I won't say how it happened. I called Brown & Brown, they responded very quickly, and made the appointment for the next day. Darien showed up on time and after taking off his shoes, (good sign), started to work immediately. I had a remnant from the initial installation so matching was not a problem. Darien was very personable and professional and worked quickly. After he was done the patch was flawless and you would't know there was any work done to the run at all.  My wife was VERY pleased, which made me VERY pleased. I would definitely hire Brown & Brown again, they do "Superior" work.

Great job, very professional, very easy to have in our home. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs carpet installed or repaired/streched. Our carpet looks as good as it did when it was first put down.

They did a great job, showed up when they said they would and worked all day.  Cleaned up after they were finished every day and they  were extremely professional.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has bought carpet and is looking for an A+ company to install it.
