We used Brc Roofing for a flat rolled roof, And we were so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism that we hired them again. What especially touched my heart was in cutting a branch off the roof, a giant moth flew out and they gently put it in a box and handed it to us. We hired them again to do our main roof, shingles, and they were as professional and cleaned up every day when they were leaving. I have such faith in this company , I did not even comparison shop. We could not be happier.

Great job and great service. Jerry Rowe was great to work with and the roofing crew that worked at my home were great. Attentive, polite and relatively neat throughout the project. Bad timing on the job relative to weather. We got a lot of unexpected rain. They were able to ensure the roof was always dried in and no issues with leaks. When the job was done, Jerry met me at the house, did a walk around with me and decided there were a couple of small detail items he did not feel were correct. He provided solutions to address these issues. He looked at the roof like it was his own. I got several estimates for the job. Commoditized space and they were all within a few dollars. I chose BRC based on Jerry and how I felt he ran his business. He did not disappoint. Excellent local, veteran owned company.

Jerry Rowe, owner of BRC Roofing, did a flat roof job on my house and had a 5 year warranty. Started to fail after 2 years and he would not take the service calls quickly and did not back up his warranty. Had to have another company eventually do a reroofed after 4 years. Three other companies INCLUDING a Public roofing adjuster stated his workmanship on this job was incorrect and caused the roof system to fail. He will lied about anything to get out of the warranty like stating I cleaned the roof. Really Jerry! Who goes up on a flat roof and cleans it! He is a joke of a company! Stay away and consider your warranty useless!

Our experience with BRC was excellent from start to finish. I received info and bids from multiple companies, but each of the others set off a warning bell of some sort. Jerry put me at ease from our first meeting and I appreciated he shared multiple options along with the pros and cons of each. Additionally, he worked with another contractor I had doing a repair to our fireplace so everything could be coordinated at the best time (fixing inside during tear off). The price for our roof was fair and it looks beautiful. Jerry was responsive any time I had a question. I would choose BRC again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jerry!

Jerry was amazing from day one. I had other companies come out and by far BRC was more afforadable I didn't feel like I was dismissed like the other guys. Very prompt, professional, and kind! I had storm damage that wasn't enough for insurance claim. I also had a small leak, which Jerry called me before a big rain front came back out and do a small patch job before the new roof came. I didn't even ask him to do this at all! Pure kindness to do this! He also called after days of rain to make sure no leak. His team came, very nice crew and got the job done right! even helped me find my escapee of a dog who got out on me! Not only would I recommend them, Id use them again.

Jerry was prompt to return my call and arrange a time to meet. I am in the military and he was very flexible around my schedule and being able to meet when I could take off work. He showed up early and listened to my concerns. He showed me where water might be coming in and how it funnels down the roof. He helped seal the shingles that had been bent up slightly by wind and rain, and we made a plan for a way ahead should the water continue to be a problem. Our roof is a 30 year roof so I appreciated him not trying to sell me a new roof and just help me fix the minor issue I have going on right now. He also gave me some great background information for future planning as our roof continues to age and how we should prepare now for a large expense 10-15 years down the road. When it comes time to have a new roof installed I will be calling BRC.

Brian and the guys at BRC Roofing did a phenomenal job they were professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves I would definitely hire them again this is my second roof that I've had them do and they've done a fantastic job both times I recommend them to all my friends and family

The workers showed up on time, cared for my property, clean up after themselves. Then Jerry Rowe, one of the owners, came by to inspect what the workers had done. Jerry took the time to answers all of my questions. I was very pleased and will use them again.

When Brian, from BRC Roofing discovered our issues with our insurance company, he came out to the house and made sure that tarps were in place and temporary patches made where it was possible to save the house from future damage. Once the insurance claim was processed, we were able to schedule the job, pick out the shingles we wanted, and everything went as planned. He provided all the paperwork that was needed following the job. The crews were very polite. I will say this, you may wait a few more weeks than other companies, but it is worth it. I have discovered with good contractors hard to find, this is not an inconvenience. Too many fly by night companies rip homeowners off. I highly recommend, BRC Roofing, for repairs or total replacement.

BRC was great. they showed up on time everytime. Very professional, walked us through each step from deciding on shingle type to the color, and explained all the differences in materials. Their price was right in line. We hope to have them do our next roof when it is time!
