+ -1 moreJoe gave me a quote and there were no surprises. He always returned phone calls and showed up when expected. Joe and his assistant took the time to trim the damage from the bottom of the old fence and trimmed the new sections to match. They also made sure the fence was even in spite of the uneven ground. As a result, the fence looks great in spite of reusing old fencing. The fence could not be completed in one day and I have dogs. Joe put up temporary fencing for the night and made sure there were no escape routes. He also left an extra 4x4 for me to use as a barrier in front of the new gate in case the dogs tried to dig their way out. The repairs to the siding and trim also look terrific. Joe knew I was planning to paint, so he took some primer he had on his truck and primed all the raw wood for me. A bonus! This is the best experience I've ever had with any contractor or repairman.
Description of Work: When I bought the lot next to my house, Joe Bourassa cut, repaired and re-used 88 feet of existing wood fencing, removed a side gate and replaced it with slats, and installed 110 feet of wood fencing up the side and across the front of the property with two 4 foot gates. He also repaired damaged siding and trim on the screen porch, repaired some lap siding and entirely replaced a 4x8 section of siding.
