Even though I wasn't available to be at home, Todd called & gave the estimate on the phone first to fully explain each service. He gave me a very thorough written estimate which was broken down for the various chores, then offered a package deal. Our home looks like new, even though it is 11 yrs old. We have agreed to the 6-month maintenance service on the roof.

I called the company to clean my roof. I am not in town that often, so this has been somewhat difficult for me to arrange. I had to cancel the first appointment I made with Todd. Then within a few days I knew I was coming to town and Todd was able to fit me into his schedule, which I very much appreciated. While he was there I asked if he could also do my gutters and he did.

Todd answered the phone on the first call and even came and gave an estimate the same day. I told him a week later to go ahead with the job and he scheduled the work with me. He did make a small schedule change but was always in contact with me. Todd cleaned the roof and did a great job. He returned the next day and put a elastomeric sealer on the roof. It looks like I got a new roof and it is over 10 years old.
