Bohemia Roofing installed our roof several years back and it has leaked numerous times. We had them come out and fix it in the past, but now it is happening again. This time, it has destroyed our custom tongue and groove, patio furniture, and more. They came out a few months back and gave numerous excuses as to why it is leaking (including denial), but have done nothing to actually fix the issue. We had GAF out (since Bohemia had us upgrade to the "Golden Pledge Warranty") and they said it is not a shingle issue, but instead, an installation issue. We then had other roofing companies come out that have also confirmed this is due to the low-quality sealant that Bohemia roofing used during installation. They said to us, "It is 100% a workmanship issue because there are measures that can be taken to avoid the issue." It's very upsetting that Bohemia Roofing is now refusing to help us get this fixed and it will end up costing us thousands of dollars. We've tried for months now to communicate with them and ask them to help us fix it properly, but they have stopped responding altogether.

Had a leak. Thought we needed a new roof. Many, many other highly rated roofers in town gave us estimates on shingle replacement (even though our 25 year shingles were only 16 years old) even though they NEVER even pulled out ladders and climbed on the roof to inspect it. Gentleman from Bohemia walked the roof and said they would replace it if we wanted but he thought the roof had many more years of wear left in it if some shingles and flashings were repaired/replaced. Bohemia's motto is "Doing a common thing uncommonly well brings success". That says it all. Lovely people and an easy company to do business with. Courteous, prompt, professional. Repairs went well and fast and clean up was no issue. We saved thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars by using this company for this successful roof repair. The fact that a repair and not a complete shingle replacement was needed was really only common sense. We will be calling Bohemia again in the future when the shingle do need replaced. Highly recommend.
