BOB'S Backflow & Plumbing Services Inc

Not great.  This leak had been happening for over a year.  Had Bob's out a year ago and was told they just needed to replace the overflow valve and caulk around the faucet in the tub.  My neighbor's ceiling damage was repaired and a year later, I heard again about the water stains/mold in the ceiling.  Had Bob's back out to inspect twice more - again, couldn't find any leak and just said to caulk around the faucet again.  There was always a communication gap - had to explain several times that I only use it as a shower (he kept testing just the tub).  Usually late to the appointment and seemed rushed.  
With the amount of time he spent in my bathroom testing, I'm shocked he didn't see the leak.  It turned out to be a defect in the drywall installation, where water would pour out and down into the ceiling of my neighbor.  When I had another plumbing come out, they found it instantly.
