BLC was recommended to me by my former service manager at a dealer. BLC's price for changing the serpentine belt was less than half what the dealer wanted to charge us. They were proactive and discovered a crack in the radiator and we replaced that. Our daughter was having problems with her transmission and they said that flushing it might take care of it, but if it didn't, they would apply that cost to the rebuild/replacement, which we thought was very fair. I would recommend them.
