+ -1 moreI don't need to have a contract with Blade Runner which is nice. Most companies have you sign one. When he leaves the job, it is done well, so I don't need him to come back to fix any mistakes. He does a superb job, and I don't ever have to check on him.
Description of Work: Blade Runner did the lawn cutting, weed eating, edging, and blowing.
