Excavation
Really nice people, worked hard. End result mixed. Showed up 3 weeks after contract was signed and start was anticipated. Seemed to take forever to complete. Not sure, but I think there was more work there than they anticipated, so they ended up fitting us in between other jobs. Original estimate was $1,800, plus any additional work for electric, plumbing and pressure washing deck additional billling. End cost was about $3,000. Final result looks great, but concrete pulled from pond sides was left under bridge to deck. This impedes flow of water from one side of pond to the other side, and causes occasional stagnation.
