He provided a contract and we both agreed on it. He started back on May 12th and I haven't heard from him since July 6th. I've tried to call, leave voicemail, texting and e-mailing and he has not responding to me. Brian's mom is my property manager for this home as well and she was keeping an eye on the project while I was away. Trying to get a hold of her and she says that he's been missing for over 2 months now. I think he's "in hiding" and not being responsive which is surprising since I've been doing business with him for some time and he's never done this before.
