Couldn't have gone better. Left a message on their machine and they did not get back with me for a week, but I'm so glad they did call back as they are very nice hardworking people, During the estimate the young man actually put a patch on until the work could be done and that was before he knew he had the job. If you've ever had water leaking in your house you know how much I appreciated that! The day of the job the gentleman who came to do the work was one of the best workers I've ever had work on the house. He really knew what he was doing and kept at it until it was repaired. He even took pictures to show me as I cannot climb ladders. He did an excellent job and was pleasant even though the weather was very hot and muggy. He even matched the shingles that were up there.

The work crew promptly arrived at approx 8 AM on Tuesday, Sept 22nd & worked throughout the day removing the old shingles, replacing the bad decking, repairing the chimney, installing the new skylight & covering the roof with the new upgraded felt. The vendor delivered the new shingles around 5 PM (perfect timing) so everything was ready for the next day to install. Every effort was made (including using tarps to collect debris) to protect the landscaping around the house while working. I was particularly impressed that they used a "rubber tired" truck for disposal of the debris & NOT the steel wheeled dump "monster" that so often damages driveways. They made several passes around the house & driveway during the course of the day to pick up nails magnetically. On Wednesday (next day) Sept 23rd the work crew arrived promptly to install the new shingles. Everything went smoothly & the job was completed around 2 PM that day without a "hitch". Bottom line: We were VERY happy with the promptness, the efforts & politeness of the work crew & the overall job. We highly recommend Bill Simpson Roofing to anyone needing a new roof !

They did a good job and we were happy with the work. Everything was cleaned up well and the work was done in a good amount of time. The workers were very friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions.
