Zach's process is very thorough. He comes in and makes an assessment of the property. Then he sets up testing stations based on his initial assessment. He used his knowledge and experience to explain his testing locations. His detailed report is returned explaining any found issues. He wore protective clothing to avoid contaminating my house. He was polite and showed up when promised.

Zach was on time, knowledgeable, and polite. he gave us so much education while on site we really understood what the process was during his air testing. We were really worried because we had a lot of allergy symptoms. Zach was able to give us a report the next day and gave us peace of mind I highly recommend Bigfoot Air Quality Solutions.

I would definitely recommend Zach and Bigfoot to anyone that has had a recent leak. I discovered an unknown leak that caused mold. Zach did a thorough test, gave recommendations but most of all put my mind at ease.
