We paid them to move a pool heater... they were weeks in getting over there after we finally got a date set, after the first missed date. Then they needed to charge me more for the placement. there was an issue with the pipe not being connected .. of course that wasn't anything they touched, it was just coincidental. The leak that was cause by the move internally to the heater was a direct result of them moving it... No call back multiple times, when i did get a hold of them they were on vacation... finally had enough.. told them to stick it,..

The green to clean was excellent, done timely and at a reasonable price. We have continued to use Big Z for our monthly chemical maintenance.
