excellent service by the individual that responded to our emergency. house was repiped about one year ago and a joint broke in bathroom and flooded most of house. this companies employee got all of the carpet/ padding removed before walls were water damaged.

The worker that Big Red Steam Clean sent out was not as good as the one before. He did not pay attention to details and was not as efficient as the previous one.
