When the fellow arrived it took him 5 minutes to complete the estimate and he immediately required a $ 75.00 payment for the estimate which was never mentioned when the appointment was made. The quote was later sent and the office staff was rather rude (new staff).

The door installation went smoothly.  The two workers arrived 15 minutes early and began work.  The broken door was removed with a minimum of dust and mess.  The installation of the new door and all the framing was extremely well done.  They really knew what they were doing; real pros.  They cleaned up everything afterward and I am really pleased with the quality of the door and its operation.
