The owner was not honest with me, he told me I would get a certain brand name product and when he gave me the 'lifetime' warranty, it was a different product. He has not returned my phone calls. They sub-contracted the work out, the finish product that I have looks good but it was not the brand I was told they would use. The bad part about it, is that it effects my lifetime warranty because on the receipt it says I paid for the certain product and on the warranty it's a different product.
