We've used Better living Patio Rooms before for our sunroom. They do excellent work. The work was supposed to be done in October, but it wasn't finished until December due to all of the hurricanes. However, they kept in contact with us via letters and phone.

"I FIND IT INTERESTING THAT WE WERE RATED WITH A C FOR PUNCTUALITY, AS THE WEATHER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY, NOT OUR ABILITY TO COMPLETE THE TASKS ON TIME AS PROMISED. THIS WOULD HAVE ALLOWED FOR A HIGHER RATING, WHICH IS WHAT WE ALWAYS STRIVE FOR. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RANKS #1 ON OUR LIST. THANK YOU. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS REPORT OTHERWISE."
