It went very well. The homeowner had a large water heater that sprung a bad leak and was dripping down through the 2nd floor ceiling to the first flood.  I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Sunday night and they were there first thing in the morning as asked.   TJ showed up on time and was very sweet and polite.  He came prepared with shoe covers in hand.  I didn't have to remind him as I usually do with most workers.  He spent two days working with me trying to line up the electrician and himself to be on the premises at the same time to make sure we could upgrade to tankless without extensive rewiring.  He even listened to my suggestion as where to install it so we could maximize the space in the closet where the big bulky water heater tank use to be. Now we can add much needed storage too.  The homeowners love their tankless water heater and couldn't be happier.  As a home manager I will be happy to suggest Benjamin Franklin  Plumbing and will be requesting TJ again in the future when needed.  Thanks TJ.  You are now in my recomendation book. Keep up the good work!
